By using the CS2 Stats Viewer, API, and all affiliated services provided by zmtlabs, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all users, whether registered or unregistered.

1. User Conduct

• ✅ All submitted data must be accurate and represent real in-game statistics.
• 🚫 Submitting fake, manipulated, or artificially generated stats is strictly prohibited.
• 🚫 Abuse of API endpoints (e.g. spamming, unauthorized bots, bypassing limits) is not allowed.
• ⛔ Violation of these rules may lead to a permanent ban from both the API and the Discord bot.

2. API Access & Usage

• 🔑 API Keys are personal and must not be shared with others.
• 🔒 Any misuse (automated abuse, scraping, overuse) can result in suspension or blacklisting.
• 📉 We reserve the right to limit, throttle, or revoke API access at any time.

3. Content Ownership

• 📊 All user-submitted stats remain the intellectual property of their respective players.
• 📢 By submitting data, you allow us to store and publicly display it on your profile page.

4. Updates & Modifications

• 📅 These terms may change at any time. Continued use implies acceptance of all future updates.
